Momax’s tracker tags use Apple’s ‘Find My’ network to locate your devices by pinging off other Apple devices in the area. You can also have them play a sound when your item is lost inside your house (like under the couch cushions!) and get an alert on your phone if you leave an item behind. These are incredibly useful for keys, wallets, luggage, and even your dog’s collar!
Even better, all your location data and history are encrypted and remain anonymous while you use the tracking feature and are not stored. And, when someone else’s AirTag is mixed with your stuff, the unfamiliar tag will make a sound to notify you that you are being tracked.

I’ve been using Apple AirTags since they came out on everything from my keys, purse, wallet, and even on my dogs. I was excited to put these Momax Tracker Tags to the test to see how they would compare. I have to admit, I was very impressed.
Following the easy instructions, I was able to pair the tags with my iPhone and add to the “Find My” so they are accessible just like an air tag. When looking for my tagged items, I am able to play a sound on them just like my Apple AirTags. I really see no disadvantage as these work exactly the same but at a fraction of the cost!
