It’s not all work for John — the Christmas-obsessed 25-year-old said he spends his free time hosting game nights, going to the movies, playing basketball and learning Spanish.

He certainly made an impression on Jenn during his limo entrance, as he brought out a pedestal for Jenn to stand on and promised to put her on a pedestal throughout the journey.

John sounds like someone who could be right up Jenn’s alley! When ET spoke to her ahead of the season premiere, she opened up about the type of man she’s looking for.

“If your sense of humor is my sense of humor, that is all that I really want, because, at the end of the day, lust is gonna fade and all this other newness is gonna fade,” she said. “If you have the same sense of humor and you still have that friendship in the end, that’s what’s gonna make a lasting relationship.”

“I hope they don’t have too much chaos. I think there’s only room for one person to be chaotic in a relationship, and that’s me. I claim that,” Jenn additionally quipped to ET. “I want someone to ground me. I’m a Sagittarius, I’m a fire sign, so I’m a little crazy… I bring that fiery energy. I want someone to have a little bit of fiery energy, but also to like ground me a little bit, put me in a place.”

As for what fans can expect from her season, Jenn recently told ET, “By the end of it, it’s definitely an outcome that’s going to be a shock to my family, it’s going to be a shock to the viewers. I’m excited to watch it play out.”

The Bachelorette airs Mondays on ABC.
