Amazon has officially announced its 10th Prime Day. Running July 16 and 17, Amazon’s biggest sale of the year promises major savings on tech, fashion home goods and all the other things you didn’t know you needed.
Our editors are vetting Prime Day 2024 offers as they’re announced. According to our survey, eight in 10 consumers plan to shop during Prime Day this year. So we want to steer you straight. Not everything will be a good deal. But the promos and products below are ones to shop!
We’ll be updating this list as Prime Day rolls out and more deals are announced (see Amazon’s own deals announcements). For more Prime Day shopping tips, check out our official guide to Amazon Prime Day.

In the lead up to Prime Day, select titles (rent or buy) are up to 50% off. Plus, there are discounts on channel subscriptions through Prime Video (Crunchyroll, STARZ, Paramount+ included). You can get select channels at $0.99 per month for two months.
Prime members don’t have to wait to score savings on Amazon devices. You can find deals on an extensive selection of Amazon devices, including ring video doorbells, Fire TVs, Echo smart speakers and more.
Currently, Prime members can get their first three months of Audible Premium Plus completely free. This offer ends on July 31, 2024.

Amazon is (for a second year in a row) offering deals on an invite-only basis (here’s how Amazon invite-only deals work):
When you view these deals, Amazon will show you an option to sign up for an invite. If you are chosen to receive the deal (not everyone who signs up will be chosen), you’ll receive a special link to make your purchase.
While we eagerly await more intel on Prime Day 2024, here’s a look back at some of the best Prime Day deals for 2023. While Amazon isn’t guaranteed to repeat any of them, they’ll give you a good idea of the type of savings you can look forward to.
Dyson’s pricey hair-styling products RARELY go on sale — but some (namely the Corrale and Supersonic) were both marked down by $100 off last year during Prime Day! Dyson’s styling tools use heatless technology that get your hair perfect without damage — that’s why their price tags are so high (and why deals like this are so sweet).
Note: The $100 off Supersonic deal quickly sold out on Amazon during Prime Day 2023.
Prime Day is one of the best times of the year to snag discounts on Apple products. Last year, we saw great discounts on the MacBook Air, Airpods and Apple Watch (which was at its lowest price EVER). Top deals included:
Last year’s crop of Prime Day Roomba deals had some winners, whether you were looking for a basic robot vacuum or one that empties itself and maps your entire house. Top deals included:
Amazon Prime Day is great for restocking your beauty drawer staples — and perhaps picking up some high-end products that would usually be out of your price range. Some of last year’s best Prime day beauty deals included:
Yes, Prime Day deals are exclusively available to Prime members. However, if you don’t currently have a membership, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial now, and that will see you through the sale!
