I used this type of kettle throughout Europe and decided to buy one. This kettle is GREAT! When you turn on the switch, it lights up. It boils water fast. Once it is done boiling, the light shuts off. The handle has a button to open the lid. I wish I had bought this years ago. I am a tea lover and this is a great kettle!
The water heats fast, it holds enough for two extra large mugs, the water stays warm for a long time, everything I could want in a kettle, especially for the price. Perfect!
I use this electric kettle daily for my pour-over coffee and for all of my hot water needs for cooking. It heats up water fast, especially if you just need a little amount. There isn’t temperature control besides hot/boiling, but it will stop heating when it reaches the boiling point. Durability seems promising, I have had it for almost a year now.
