Jansport offers an amazing warranty on their products! If you have any issues you send them the backpack and they either send you a brand-new one or fix it. I had a well-loved, many years old backpack and the water bottle pocket ripped. I mailed it to them (which cost about $10 for shipping) and they mailed me a brand-new backpack.
The new one is the same style (larger student backpack with laptop pocket) and it has held up perfectly since I got it from them 4 or 5 years ago. I also love that they can be so easily washed in the washing machine. I just toss it in with a regular load of laundry and hang it up to dry and it comes out great every time! – Hip reader, Beth
