Cardi B Delivers Speech on Women’s Rights, Healthcare, and More at Kamala Harris’ Milwaukee Rally


Last night (November 1), in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Cardi B threw her full-throated support behind the Democratic candidate for U.S. president, Vice President Kamala Harris. After walking onstage to her breakout hit, 2017’s “Bodak Yellow,” Cardi B spoke about why she’s supporting Harris in the election, discussing women’s rights, the economy, healthcare, and more. She also rebuked Harris’ Republican opponent, former President Donald J. Trump. Watch Cardi B’s speech below.

Cardi B has been outspoken politically over the years, showing support for Senator Bernie Sanders and interviewing President Joe Biden. She also joins a growing list of musicians to endorse Harris or appear at the vice president’s campaign events. Among those to support Harris are: Taylor Swift, Michael Stipe, Jason Isbell, Eminem, Beyoncé, and Gracie Abrams.
