Bath & Body Works just said ‘Bonjour!’ to “Emily in Paris,” thanks to the retailer’s newly announced holiday collaboration. The popular Netflix series recently dropped its fourth season, which had fans buzzing from unexpected romantic relationships, friendship drama, quick comedic timing, and a new European location (don’t worry, no spoilers here if you haven’t watched yet).
With “Emily in Paris” confirmed to be renewed for a fifth season, the buzz has seemingly continued, now with more than 50 new Bath & Body Works items to be released. The line is completely inspired by the exciting characters and jaw-dropping setting of the show (because what’s more inspiring for skincare products and fragrances than the city of love?).
According to the brand’s press release, the limited-edition collection will include “fine fragrance mists, body washes, body creams, candles, Wallflowers fragrance diffusers, hand soaps and sanitizers.” Lipsticks and hand sanitizer holders will also be a part of the launch. Prices are pretty affordable, ranging from just $1.95 to $36.95.
The most compelling part of this new collection though, has to be these four exclusive fragrances:
Contains notes of champagne spritz, elderberry fizz and lily of the valley.
A returning Bath & Body works scent from 2011, contains notes of French tulips, apple blossoms and sparkling pink champagne.
Contains notes of Lavande de Provence, jasmine and vanilla crush.
Contains notes of macaron, Parisian spun sugar and pink berries.
The main character, known as Emily Cooper, played by Lily Collins, often sports bold fashion choices throughout the show, which tend to be extremely colorful or printed with unexpected patterns. Therefore, the fragrances all feature nods to the character’s avant garde outfits, from the thoughtful packaging to the fresh scents. For example, the fandom knows that the lavender fragrance is influenced by the stunning lavender fields viewers saw in season three.
Thanks to Emily’s social media influencer status throughout the entirety of the series, the lipstick will even be encased in a vintage camera phone case. Other packaging will be adorned with Paris’s iconic architecture and the Eiffel Tower, of course.
Your anticipation will have to wait just a little longer, because the collection is not available until November. When it’s released, you can shop it in-store and online nationwide — in perfect timing for holiday gifting and a necessary ‘treat yourself’ moment.
If you find yourself itching to learn more about this collabs new offerings before they go on shelves, then you can sign up for email or texts on Bath & Body Works website to get a first look at the limited-edition collection.
This news comes after Bath & Body Works has already collaborated with two popular Netflix Original shows, “Bridgerton” and “Stranger Things.” It’s only a matter of time before we find out about the company’s next television and fragrance crossover. But, for now, we’ll be keeping an eye out for those “Emily in Paris” inspired candles to place in our living room.
