We’ve got some gossip, girl: Blake Lively just dropped a hair care line. The entire line is under $25 per item, and though it just launched yesterday, it’s already getting five-star ratings. The line is named Blake Brown, the actress’s real name, and it’s available only at Target.
If you’ve been a Lively fan since The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants or her more recent work, the Taylor Swift bestie has something everyone can agree on: great hair. Her enviable tresses may be something she was born with (though a team of stylists never hurts,) but it seems fitting that the actress might venture into hair products. The line consists of eight products for showering and styling, all with lovely fragrance notes such as black currant vanilla and wild nectar santal.
The line consists of shampoos, masks, a leave-in potion and mousse. According to the site, Lively spent seven years creating and personally testing every element of this collection. The actress has been holding out on her hair beauty secret until now. “I switched exclusively to a shampoo and mask system 20 years ago and have never looked back,” she says, which is why there are no conditioners in the line.
Scroll on to shop the product line debut and see if you agree that this is a memorable-smelling, luxe hair care line. Every product is vegan, cruelty-free, and free of ingredients like silicones, parabens, phthalates and other undesirables. Plus, the incredibly chic packaging is eco-friendly.
