This is the perfect option for small family cooking. I’ve cheffed-up breakfast & dinner every day for the past week on my Blackstone. It keeps all the cooking oils/grease outside, and out of my kitchen which is huge for a meticulous clean freak like me. I love the option of throwing this thing in the truck for a weekend hunt or camp trip. It’s a solid build, and I appreciate an ignition system that does NOT require batteries.
Works like a charm. Nice even heat with no flare-ups. My favorite thing so far was smashed potatoes grilled till crispy on the outside and the consistency of mashed potatoes on the inside!
This grill/griddle is the best outdoor grill I’ve purchased! I was hesitant because I always wanted the 36″ griddle but I like this grill addition. It’s a must-have!
