I purchased this camera in October 2020, I have been using it for the last 3 1/2 years on my Peterbilt semi truck. The fact that it has been flawless for those three years is a testament to its durability, I drive 2500 to 3000 miles a week. I drive anywhere from 7 to 11 hours a day and when I’m at a shipper it stays on recording all the time, this is a lot longer than most people who drive to and from their work or shopping will ever do. I am buying a second one for my personal vehicle because it is great peace of mind to have one in case you need to record the idiocy that goes on on our roads.
I am a local truck driver in Atlanta, GA and this is a great camera with amazing picture clarity and playback abilities. I’ve had to use this in another incident with another tractor-trailer that was giving a different story to a trooper and once I played back the footage from my phone it was a done deal as to what really happened. I highly recommend this camera for someone wanting that added protection out on the road. All features seem to work well and no complaints here. Do familiarize yourself with the button functions so there is no confusion on how to do certain things. All in all, you can’t go wrong with this camera.
